A new future secured for Soar

Debenture PLC has taken control of Soar, formerly the Xscape at Braehead, appointing a leading asset and property management team to the 370,000 sq ft retail, leisure and entertainment destination.

Concluding the transition of Soar from intu and kick-starting its transformation, property management company MAPP has been appointed to support the existing centre team. Specialist investment manager APAM will assume asset management responsibilities.

The centre will continue to operate under the Soar branding ahead of a revamp and new name in late 2020. The rebrand will include a new logo, external signage and website.
